The box arrived in one piece and was well wrapped to protect it in transit. The box is very cute. The graphics are well made and not blurry that I can tell. The open/close mechanism is done with magnets, and is stiff enough that it will not pop open in a bag. It appears to be made using 3D printing and some sort of screening onto it. I was worried about it fitting my cards in their sleeves, but they fit comfortably into the card holder and do not appear to be damaged or have any issue. There is no feedback on customer service because I did not need any from the seller. This does not mean anything bad about them or reflect poorly on them, simply that the item was shipped and arrived in a timely manner, so nothing needed to be addressed.
